The world really doesn't need this many terms of service. When you buy a shirt, an instrument, or a pen, the person who made it doesn't first hand you a long list of terms to read and agree to before letting you wear it, play it, or write with it. akicode is the same.

But a few things are worth saying up front, so here they are. It comes down to just three:

• The code you write with akicode belongs to you.
• Please use it for honest purposes.
• akicode is given to you as it is. We do our best to make it good, but we can't promise it will never break or never go down, or that it will be exactly right for the thing you want to do.
